Specialties
In addition to full cut, color, and styling services, Strut offers specialty services in hair-cutting. We are trained in European razor cutting techniques that give hair volume and texture you just can't get any other way. In styling, we have a special love of vintage and retro styles-rockabilly, fingerwaves, victory rolls, beehives, pompadours-whatever your style, we can give you the hair to match! Our schedule is always flexible, so in addition to our hours listed, we will try to be available to our clients when they need us. History
Established in 2014
We opened our salon in October 2014, excited to create a unique space for our clients to enjoy. Our vision was for it to be a mix of hair salon, art gallery, and boutique to showcase the work of local artists and craftspeople.
We also love all things vintage, and wanted to create a salon that was filled with one-of-a-kind pieces of furniture and fixtures, so we spent almost two years collecting vintage furnishings to fill our space. Local artists and craftspeople have added their creations to our salon, giving our clients an ever changing offering of locally made art and crafts to enjoy.
